Favourites from March

Eeek, another month has zipped by... 2 months until I have finished Uni! *gulp* March has brought around some slightly improved weather though, which I am loving.

I've pretty much stuck to the same face products for most of the month... primed using the Rimmel stay matte primer, which is the best drugstore primer I've tried. So good! It doesn't feel greasy or too slippy, but helps makeup stick around. Base wise it's been all about MAC studio sculpt (in NC15), which is such a nice foundation. It's quite moisturising and gives the prettiest dewy finish for skin. I like it best buffed in with a Sigma F80, it looks flawless. For under my eyes and on my (many) blemishes, I've been using MAC Pro longwear concealer (in NC15). This stuff is amazing for under the eyes, it lasts so long and doesn't crease. Cheeks wise I have been applying too much blush, as usual, in the form of Laura Mercier peach whisper, which is one of my all time favourites and a must for any peachy toned lovers out there. Or if you wear an orange lip, you neeeeed this. On the top of my cheekbones I've been liberally applying MAC perfect topping MSF, which is so gorgeous and worth grabbing while you can!

Eye-wise I've been smudging MAC Prunella under my bottom lashes all month, it makes my eyes look a little bit more defined and a bit nicer. It's slightly purpley, but really flattering. I have been obsessed with all my EOS lip balms, but especially blueberry & acai. Smells so good! & lastly, Hourglass' opaque rouge in Riviera has been my go-to... it lasts forever! I mean it, it survived me devouring a burger, immaculately.

What have you been loving lately? Thanks for reading  :)

p.s. Pinch punch, first of the month!

  1. I love the finish of MAC studio sculpt but it breaks me out :(

  2. I've wanted to try studio sculpt for ages…this has made me want it more.
