The Mask For Stressed Out Skin

Who else loves the idea of face masks but sometimes neglects them because of the faff… I love skincare, but I’m so lazy. The new Clarins SOS Comfort Nourishing mask was love at first application, and I’ve managed to successfully incorporate it into my weekly routine ever since I got it. It’s just so good on dry and stressed skin!

So, what does it do?

The mask is designed to soothe and nourish irritated dry and sensitive skins – pretty much my dream skincare solution. Clarins tends to do excellent skincare for drier skin (I adore their facials!) and this is no exception. It’s definitely not one for combination skin as it’s packed full of heavy ingredients. It has mango oil and kernel butter which leave the skin supple – my skin can feel very tight and dry sometimes, and this formula is just instant relief.

In terms of how I’ve been adding it into the skincare mix, I’ve been using it once or twice a week just after cleansing. My dream situation is basically to leave this on the skin for half an hour whilst I scroll through Instagram after work and leaving it to do its thing. There’s not much left on my skin after applying, and my skin just looks a whole lot juicer after using it!

There are three masks in the SOS line; this delicious one for dry skin, Refreshing Hydration for dehydrated skin and Pure Rebalancing for oilier skins. It’s a comprehensive mask library!
