My Travel Beauty Essentials

The worst bit about travelling? The packing before hand, and the packing afterwards! And the stress of airports, and being on a plane itself. Luckily, organising beauty bits is one of the elements I enjoy the most, made all the better when you have a Glossier pink pouch to put everything in…

I have a long-standing obsession with all things miniature. I know, they’re so cute and I need them all. Especially for speedy mini-breaks, things like the miniature wet brush and teeny tiny deodorants are just so handy.¬†Of course a baby bottle of Bioderma has to come everywhere – it’s the best thing for taking making off quickly. It doesn’t dry or irritate skin, and makes the whole makeup removal process a lot speedier. I also love the miniature bottle, it’s so cute! I’m also packing a few little sachets of cleanser so I can make sure skin is properly clean as well; always about that double-cleansing life. I tend to save these from magazines and samples as and when I get them, and then store them up so I can take them for trips and holidays. My current ones are the First aid beauty cleanser and the Fresh soy cleanser, so I’m pretty much spoilt for choice.

Other skincare bits include a sheet mask incase I feel particularly decadent whilst on a flight, and then my mini bottle of the Omorovicza mist, which is divine for rehydrating the skin. Obviously, my Glossier balm dotcom had to come with me because I can’t be more than 2m away from it at any given time. It’s the best.
