They say not to judge a book by its packaging, but how can you not when products come in dreamy pink packaging like these? Something about baby pink (yah, millenial) just makes me so happy… It makes products look chic, and luckily the below products look good and are generally lovely additions to my beauty routine.
New to my skincare stash is the Bobbi Brown Skin Nourish mask… it’s heavenly stuff that makes quick work of rehydrating and soothing the skin. Definitely one to look at if you have dry skin! It’s nicely lightweight though, so you don’t need to worry about the texture being too heavy or greasy on the skin. It has loads of skin-loving ingredients like algae and muru muru butter which all help to lock moisture into the skin. I’m currently battling off a cold/flu situation, so my skin has been looking and feeling worse for wear – enter this mask, which I’ve been liberally applying to skin once or twice a day to restore some much-needed moisture.
For silky soft hands, I love the Lano rose hand cream, which smells like such a dream! It’s one I like to use at night, as it feels very indulgent on the skin and definitely leaves hands feeling pampered. The tube makes my nightstand look oh so chic, and it’s definitely not a hard task remembering to use hand cream. This one smells like roses but it’s not as strong as something the By Terry range, so it’s pretty neutral.
Lastly is the Nars radiance primer, one of my all-time priming favourites. It’s lightweight and sheeny on the skin, and it has a peachy tone to it that instantly imparts a lovely glow. It sits beautifully under any foundation, and ensures there aren’t any dry patches. Honestly, I could write a whole dissertation on my favourite glow-giving primers, as they just make such a difference to the skin so quickly. Shoutout to the packaging on this one as well as it has the Nars velvet touch to it but it’s a lot easier to keep clean than their black compacts.
