My favourite thing about beauty has to be the discovery. Finding new products to keep forever (and to avoid) is the best. Being a bit of a veteran blogger, it’s harder and harder for me to discover entirely new brands. Don’t worry too much though, because I’ve just come across Naturisimo as a site and it is packed full of brands just waiting for me to try. Fuelling my obsession with all things clean beauty, too. I ordered the Naturisimo Hair Food Discovery Box in a bid to try new and exciting brands and it did not disappoint…
What’s In The Box
Boucleme Intensive Moisture Treatment – Boucleme is a range designed for curly hair, and it claims to be especially good for taming frizz. This is a mask made for leaving in the hair for 30 minutes, and it can be used with heat, too. I will report back on Insta stories for this, because my hair has been… candy floss lately and I’ve been on the hunt for an intensive mask!
John Masters Organics Sea Mist – organic styling products seem to be harder to come by… I’m moving away from things like silicons, SLS and etc in shampoo and conditioner but my styling products need a mix up too. This sea salt spray smells like lavender (dreamy) and defines waves.
Rahua Voluminous shampoo & conditioner / Green People intensive repair shampoo & conditioner / Mavara colour and shine shampoo & conditioner – Three separate sets of shampoo and conditioner to try, all promising different things. I’ve tried Rahua before, but the other brands are new for me. I love the little sachets for weekends away. A new brand to try and more space for makeup.
Tabitha James Kraan scented organic hair oil in Amber Rose – A treatment oil to be left in the hair overnight and then washed out. Hair oils are just a must-have for frizzy waves like me. It smells gorgeous, and really relaxing so I’m going to be using this tonight and will report back asap.
Yarok feed your ends / Briogeo leave-in conditioning spray – two leave-in sprays promising to strengthen and nourish the hair. The Yarok option also works a heat protectant when styling; the Briogeo is more aimed at being lightweight in the hair.
Meow Meow Tweet Rosemary and Avocado shampoo bar – This is a brand I’ve been eyeing up for ages. I’m so excited to give it a go! The branding/packaging is so sweet, and as this is a bar it’s great for sharing and taking swimming/gymming. It’s a lack of plastic packaging.
